| If you?d like a room of your own, you will have to pay the the single supplement. But if you?d prefer, we?ll try to match you up with another single traveler. We?ll give you and your potential roommate some information about each other and with your permission, we?ll put you in touch with each other. However, a roommate cannot be guaranteed, and if none can be found, you will be responsible for the single supplement. |
| Your package includes airfare from New York, but I live in another city. What can I do? |
| Although all our trans-Atlantic flights are on major airlines, we cannot offer add-ons from other cities. We recommend you contact your local travel agent to book your domestic flight or you can contact us if you need further assistance. |
| Is there a land only price if I purchase my airline ticket with frequent flyer miles? |
| While we recommend you travel with the group, you are free to make your own independent flight arrangements. Land-only prices are on our website. Please note that if you are not on the group flights, you will be responsible for making your own transfers to/from the airports.

| What is the deadline for registration? |
| There isn't a set deadline. The tour is limited to a maximum number of 25 passengers and once it's sold out, registrants will be placed on a waiting list. So we recommend you send in your registration form and deposit asap to avoid disappointment. |
| After I register, when will I receive more information? |
| A registration packet with more details regarding our itinerary and hotels will be mailed to you after receipt of your deposit. Expect to receive your final documents, including your airline ticket, two to three weeks prior to departure. |
| What should I pack? |
| Porterage of one piece of luggage is included in your price, so we recommend you pack as lightly as possible. All of our activities are casual, so please don?t waste precious space in your suitcase for formal clothes - you won?t need them, and you?ll need the room for your new purchases. (Shipping things home to America is expensive -- believe us, we?ve done it!). Jeans are fine, as are leggings, sweaters and other similar casual attire. Make sure you have comfortable shoes, an umbrella and a warm jacket or lightweight winter coat. And remember our philosophy: if you forget something, you can always buy it there! |
| What should I expect to pay for when we get there? |
| Other than your shopping purchases? Breakfast at your hotel is included every day, but some meals are independent (included meals are noted on the itinerary). Wine and coffee are included with our group meals, but you will be expected to pay for any soft drinks or liquor you order, as well as any items that are not included on the group?s menu (please notify us in advance regarding any dietary restrictions you have). You?ll be asked to pay for incidental expenses you incur at our hotels such as room service, laundry or in-room movies. Tips to guides, drivers and restaurant personnel are not included and always appreciated (a tipping guide will be provided with your final documents). |
| Will there be any free time for me to explore on my own? |
| Our tours are designed with the independent traveler in mind. We know that most of our passengers would like time on their own, so you'll find plenty of opportunities for you to shop, dine and sightsee at your own pace, independent from the group. |
